Note on Services— Please Read:

All spells, with the exception of custom rituals, are group rituals. This means that I use the same setup for a kind of spell, and thoroughly cleanse the setup between clients. While the setup for the spell is the same, the time I spend on each and every one of your intentions is sacred to me. I ensure that I am not just lighting some candles and snapping a picture of your name next to it. I focus my attention solely on your spell when it is in front of me, and I perform a unique ritual for each individual client.

This is how I am able to keep my prices ethical for you, and compensate myself fairly. If you are not comfortable with being in a group ritual, you are more than welcome to order a custom ritual. These rituals are tailored very specifically to your intention, and performed for you only. Thank you!

Privacy

In almost all listings, I ask for your full name, date of birth, and occasionally I ask for this information regarding another person. All of this information is completely confidential. I will never share any details about your order with any special persons or on social media. I may use some clips from spellwork on social media for promotional reasons, but no identifying information will ever be shared. If I am interested in sharing parts of your spell or card reading that may identify your situation, I will always reach out and ask for your consent before doing so.

It is ultimately up to you if you would like to share your experience with others, all I ask is that you are kind when doing so :)

Prohibited Activity

I am permitted to refuse service at any time, for any reason. If I am not comfortable doing a spell or reading, I will refund your order and let you know that I will not be doing the working. Here are some reasons for why I may refuse service:

• Sensitive subject matters that require professional medical or legal care, in which case I will advise seeking professional advice rather than my services

• Purchasing an unusual amount of spells and/or card readings on one specific person or subject matter

• Client and/or SP is under the age of 18

• Any other ethical concerns regarding a service

• Harassment and bullying

• Spamming/Frequent status updates for an order when it is within the timeframe provided (within 14 days)

• Request for off-platform transactions

• Refund fishing after completed service

• Requesting free services

• Soliciting your own services

Refunds and Recasts

Once an order is complete, there are no refunds. Refunds may be requested before the order has been completed, just reach out to me and let me know :) we can also exchange your order for another service if you would like.

For legal purposes, I cannot do recastings at a free or reduced cost. Results are not guaranteed, and offering free or reduced prices for recastings would imply that results are promised. For your sake and my own, any spell services you would like me to perform again will be done at full cost. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me via email.
